Ordering: Our order form is
secured for your protection, but if you do not feel comfortable
providing your credit card information online there are options
available. You may phone a sales associate at 1-877-RACE-KTM, or fax
your order to 1-701-222-0741. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
All credit cards orders are verified for your protection.
Colors and Sizing: Colors may not exactly match photos. Sizing charts, information
and photos are provided to us directly from the manufacturers. We
do not produce these in-house, and hence cannot be help responsible for
their accuracy, content or quality.
Cancellations: When canceling an order or item you must
obtain a cancellation number within 4 hours of placing the original order. If an order is processed that you
claim you canceled you will not be refunded unless you have the
cancellation number. Please call 877-RACE-KTM to obtain a
cancellation number for an order or item.
Exchanges: If you order an
incorrect item(s), there is a $7.50 exchange fee and you are responsible
for freight and handling on the new item(s) and any costs to return the
item(s) to us. The new item(s) ordered must be at least half the
value of the original item(s).
NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Returns: If you want to return an item(s) without reordering there is a 20%
restocking fee (minimum $7.50, maximum $50.00). Freight and handling
will not be refunded. The restocking fee can be changed to an
exchange fee $7.50 if another item(s) is ordered immediately.
Exchanges and refunds will start to process once the item(s) has been
received in our Bismarck, ND returns center. You must call our
sales support department at 877-RACE-KTM for a return authorization within
15 days from the receipt of your order. All RA# are valid for 15
days only. Please return item(s) to us promptly. The
return authorization number you are provided by our sales support
department must be clearly visible on the outside of the package you
return the item(s) in. Packages with no visible RA number or an
expired RA number will be refused. All items must be returned to us
pre-paid. No COD returns or call tag returns. Pack all item(s)
well and we recommend that you fully insure the shipment. All
item(s) damaged by the customer or damaged in transit will not be
refunded, exchanged or returnable. The issuance of a return
authorization # does not ensure that a credit or exchange will be given. All items returned for exchange or refund must be in new and resalable
condition with all original packaging and or packing materials, manuals
bags and factory boxes. Items may not be returned if they have been used,
modified or mounted to your bike or vehicle. The following items are
non-returnable or refundable under any circumstances: electrical parts,
tubes, tires and eyewear. NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Close-Out and Special Order Items May NOT be Canceled or Exchanged and No
Refund will be Allowed.
Shipping: Most orders are shipped
the same day if received before 11 am central time. If your package is
going Next Day, 2nd Day or even 3 Day Select, please call 877-RACE-KTM
to insure immediate processing. Regular Ground UPS orders to U.S addresses should be
received in one
to five working days after shipping. Orders too large or otherwise
not serviced by UPS will be shipped by the most practical carrier. UPS
Ground may not be used for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, we must use
Red or Blue Label UPS, or U.S. Mail. U.S. Airmail may be used, but at
your own risk. We have no method of tracking U.S. Airmail shipments, and
there is no guarantee of when it will arrive. We cannot ship UPS to
military bases, FPO or APO addresses. In some cases we may split
your order and ship it using multiple packages or different shipping
points. Also, some closeout items may be invoiced and shipped
separately.
Damaged Package(s): If your order is received damaged, please call UPS (800) 742.5877 and
tell them you have received a damaged shipment. They will arrange
to pick up the package from you and start the claim process and
paperwork. We can assist you in this process, however fro the
quickest resolution, please contact UPS directly. We will not be
able to replace or refund the item until UPS has settled the claim.
If you received your order via the U.S. Mail, please file your claim
directly with your local U.S. Post Office.
Back-Orders: If an item is back ordered (not immediately available) we will make every
effort possible to notify you by email. We are not responsible if
the email address you provided is not valid and you do not receive the
email. Back ordered items will be automatically billed and shipped
when they become available. We are not responsible for items that
our suppliers backorder and no longer are available. Backordered
items will be automatically cancelled after 90 days unless the customer
notifies us that they wish to leave the item(s) on back ordered status.
Special order items are billed when the order is placed, even if the
item(s) is/are not currently available. Special Order items are
non-cancelable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any
circumstances. Item(s) placed on back order are billed/shipped first
when the item(s) become available.
Claims: All claims for damage or
missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the
condition of merchandise in the presence of the carrier. All claims must
be made to the carrier within 3 days from receipt of goods, supported by
a bill of lading and invoice.
Liability: The purchaser of any
part releases the manufacturer, Cycle Hutt and its affiliates and
employees of those parts, from all liabilities pertaining to the use of those
parts. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modifications to
any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident, and may also
render the motorcycle illegal for use on public roads.
Credit Card Processing: Many new credit card regulations went into effect for all mail, phone,
and internet companies regardless of the industry. These new
regulations are designed to protect the consumer, merchant and credit
card companies from fraud and un-warranted consumer inquiries and charge
backs. To avoid delays in processing your order, please make sure
all address, city, state, zip and phone numbers match with your credit
card company. Also, when possible have your order shipped directly
to your credit card billing address.
Warranty: All products are covered
under their respective manufacturers' warranties. Please contact them
for full warranty details and how to resolve warranty issues.
Overseas Ordering: Payment must be
made via Western Union. Order must be a minimum of $250.00.
Shipping costs will vary.
