 Soule rips early and Brown claws from the back in Havasu
Soule, Brown and the rest of WORCS guys were out in full force at scenic Lake Havasu recently too! On a very gnarly track, complete with a huge Havasu lake double, Soule jumped out with a perfect holeshot. Brown was not so lucky, rounding the first turn at the back of the pack. By the end of lap one, Soule had relinquished the lead but it was Brown on the move, slashing his way to the front of the pack. By the end, he’d made it all the way to the final step of the podium and kept his grip on the championship lead by five points. Soule rode well to grab sixth on the day.
The guys weren’t the only ones turning heads in Havasu, though. KTM riders Sara Whitmore and Maria Forsberg put in impressive rides to finish second and third, respectively, on the podium. Nice ride ladies! |
