National Enduro Series Round #2: Two in a row for Russel Bobbit!
“Bobbitt started well as he was only one of very few riders to correctly run the first test. He won that test, but it was later thrown out once it was determined that the majority of riders went off course.”

Bobbit wasn’t the only successful KTM rider as of late; KTM WORCS racers Justin Soulè and relative off-road newcomer, Mike Brown had an excellent second round on the west coast. After battling it out in round one together, the KTM twosome again found each other in Adelanto, CA for round two of the series. After a mediocre start, Soulè found a pace that would pull him to the front of the pack where he would find his teammate ready for a battle.
Together they moved into the number one and two positions with Soulè leading the way—with Brown close behind—until until the second to last lap. With two laps to go the battle heated up for the win. “We banged bars a couple times, but it was because we both wanted the win so bad,” remarked Soulè after giving way to his teammate and eventual winner, Mike Brown. Brown, who was elated to get his first WORCS win, had been training hard as of late and couldn’t ask for a better start to the season. Great job guys! |

Check out Shane’s thoughts about the KTM Hutt…
“The crew from KTM Hutt are definitely the leaders in online ordering of KTM OEM parts and accessories. Their quick and efficient handling of orders and shipping mark them as one of the leader’s in the industry. At the start of 2005 I was lucky enough that Justin and Tammy decided to support my racing efforts. At a time when I needed support the most, KTM Hutt stepped in, so without their help I certainly wouldn’t be able to afford to race at the moment. Thanks KTM Hutt!!!”

Check out this KTM SPY PHOTO!
The odds are good that many of you savvy KTM-heads have also seen this photo, but we had to drop it in this time. Snapped on a test track in Italy, this rare ‘linked’ orange machine is obviously being evaluated but, as regional KTM sales rep Steve Drewlo said, “The race teams have tested it, and right now the linkless PDS has proven to be better.” |
