Tested and used by Red Bull KTM USA and the factory "WORKS BIKE" team in europe. This new guide solves the stock chain guide breakage problem but it also protects the main swingarm tabs from impact and reinforces their overall strength. Add in a replaceable bottom wear pad, more rear sprocket protection, and you now have absolutely the best rear chain guide on the market for your KTM. We also recommend & offer a thin 13-14mm open wrench that allows easy installation, plus tighten-loosening of our patented sleeve system. The install wrench is discounted when purchased at the same time.

The stock alloy shell is located so far back in towards the rear sprocket that any small or big hit shoves the chain guide off center or completly locks rear wheel up. Our new chain guide a must have for MX, SX, or recreational use. If you are a serious competitor of GNCC or WORCS type races, we recommend you use our solid body rear chain guide. The new chain guide shell performs the same, but with the constant pounding of off road rocks/ruts, this shell will just not last as long.

We have made this guard Stong and light by using 7075 Alu. The window through the center of the part takes weight off and does not trap mud, as other designs do! Of course it protects the Clutch slave cylinder from debri that may be thrown its way by the chain. This Slave cylinder needs protection as repeted pounding by the chain can damage it and brake fluid leakage here means failure..
